For over 20 years, she has worked as actor, dancer, choreographer, director, and author. Amongst others, she has performed with Carbone 14, Pigeons International, Omnibus, Brouhaha Danse, the Théâtre Il va s’en dire, and the Théâtre PAP. She has also visited over twenty countries as part of theatrical tours. She has been in several films and television series, and had a recurring role that lasted six years in the popular sitcom, Km/h. She’s also an active member of Momentum, one of the best-known experimental theatre companies in Montreal. Her own creations include Les Filles de Séléné (Séléné’s Girls) in 1999-2001, a very physical play for eight women, acted in a convent. She collaborated with Céline Bonnier on La Fête des Morts (Day of the Dead) in 2002-2004, a theatrical event for eleven actors that was set in a cemetery and nominated in 2004 for direction and production of the year by the Quebec academy of theatre at the Gala des Masques. In 2004, she worked with Lin Snelling on Limbes/Limbo (Limbs/Limbo), a play inspired by Nancy Huston’s work, which styles itself as an homage to Samuel Beckett. Nathalie also created five one-woman shows for the Edgy women festival. In autumn 2006, she acted in the City of Women festival in Slovenia and at the Ausland art centre in Berlin. Since 2001, she’s also written and directed five bilingual Sapphic vaudeville shows.
