Geneviève et Matthieu

Geneviève and Matthieu are a duo from Rouyn-Noranda. Formed in 1999, this couple is known for their inter-disciplinary approach that brings together poetry, performance, humour and melody. In October 2001, they launched their first self-produced album Mélodies, and continued in May 2003 with their second self-produced album Crions notre joie. The major impact of Geneviève and Matthieu is the visual and improvised explosion they create at each of their shows.
