Olaf Gundel

Olaf Gundel is a multi-instrumentalist, composer and arranger born in Montreal. His collaboration with Thomas Hellman has yielded Hellman’s critically acclaimed L’appartement (2005) and Departure Songs (2006), the latter of which is a compilation of two prior independently released albums co-produced by Gundel and Hellman. He recently performed as guitarist-keyboardist in Erik West Millette’s multimedia production, Trainz, presented at the Coups de coeur Francophone in 2007 and will continue to work with him on a variety of projects in 2008. Gundel is presently working on the production of Hellman’s upcoming album expected in the fall of 2008.
