Danette Mackay

Danette MacKay is originally from southern Ontario, where she was schooled in French. After high school, she moved to Montreal, where she studied theatre at Concordia University in English. She’s been living and working in both official languages for over twenty years, okay, not so much in French, but not for lack of trying! Three years ago, she founded the Kiss my Cabaret soirees, and she continues to be its benevolent dictator and emcee. She tries very hard to keep it bilingue.
