Carole Nadeau

Artistic director for the last fourteen years of Pont Bridge, a multidisciplinary theatre company, Carole Nadeau has written and directed twelve performances so far. Combining theatre, installations and video, the company explores the relationship between the body, words, images and space. In 2000, Nadeau won the John-Hirsh award, given each year by the Canada Arts Council to a director with an original artistic vision. Her major productions include: MeMyLee Miller, Festival AM\PM du CIVC in France (2004), Provincetown Playhouse, Festival International d’EL Galpon in Uruguay (2005), Frank Ketchup, co-produced and presented at the Festival de théâtre des Amériques in Montreal (2007). She has also direcetd theatre in Sweden and Norway.
