Rodriguo SalazarRodrigo Salazar studied and taught bass at the Conservatory at the University of Concepcion in Chile. To explore new vistas, he left for Buenos Aires, Argentine, where he played professionally with several Jazz groups. He then moved on to Brazil and focused on popular Brazilian music, especially the guitar, the bass and the voice. He has lived in Montreal for the past 12 years and he has participated in many cultural events, including the Festival d'été de Québec, the Montreal International Jazz Festival, le Festival Maré de Agosto aux Açores (Portugal), the Folk Festival in Dawson City, Yukon, Nuits d'Afrique, Les Francofolies de Montréal, the Festival de Jazz de Rimouski, etc. Featured in event
