Tony TremblayVideo ExcerptBorn in Jonquière in 1968, Tony Tremblay began studying literature before moving on to a variety of jobs, including working as a journalist for the alternative rock press and publishing articles in the monthly Lectures. Between 1985 and 1989, he also worked as a producer, director and program host at CHOC-FM community radio. In 1995, with André Lemelin, he created the poetry journal Exit. From 1997 to 2000, he produced and hosted Le Trafiqueur de Nuit, a radio program broadcast on Radio-Canada’s Première Chaîne. He also contributed to a variety of radio programs on Radio-Canada as a producer or reviewer, and to a number of shows and television programs. His poetry book Rue Pétrole-Océan was awarded the Prix Émile-Nelligan in 1998 and the Prix du Salon du livre of Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean in 1999. Featured in events
